I have never encountered such a poor customer service response. I should have known better as most of their products are plastic.Bought a Y splitter to handle 2 hoses from one spigot.

Within 2 months it literally fell off in 2 pieces. K Mart wont exchange over 30 days. Emailed Padula website for lifetime warranty replacement plus left a review. Not only did they ignore my refund/exchange request, but they refused to publish my honest review.

Here is what they said: "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" In other words...go away.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ray Padula Hose Splitter.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $9.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I have the same problem and can't get it off the silcox and I can't use my hose because the thumb control is locked on the faucet.
