Self-fix!

My Ray Padula back and forth sprinkler stopped at one location. I loosened the screw on the heart just a touch to fix it. So far so good. This is really I have to say but I need to add more words to be able to submit the review. Almost there! {{REDACTED}}

Pesimo y de mala calidad. Creo que solo la usé 5 veces y suspendí su uso... ahora no funciona y se le sale el agua. Mugrero no lo compren.

Water turbo sprinkler

I originally purchased my turbo waters sprinkler with lifetime warranty at Sears. I had high hopes. I set it up , but it did not oscillate. I went back to Sears and exchanged it. I brought home the new one and it also did not oscillate. I contacted customer support at Ray Padula to ask them if they were aware that the sprinkler had problems. They immediately offered to send out a replacement. I received it within the week. The new version that they sent me works great. The packaging was the same but the sprinkler looks a little different. They obviously made some changes to the design. I am very happy with the response I received from the company customer support. I am sorry to see that so many other people have had a bad experience. Perhaps you should try again, because they seem to gotten a handle on the problem. The sprinkler I got is a blue and green plastic. You can shut off the last three nozzles. You can also adjust the width of the area to be watered.

First hose leaked and kinked within the first year. Replacement was sent and again it has kinked and leak's. This time customer service is not responding.

I have bought the sprinkler system a couple of years ago but used for the first time late last year. Now the nozzles are pointing downward and do not come up even after rotating the knobs. This product carries 5 years warranty. I have tried to contact the company many times but no one picks up the phone. I have left many messages and send emails but no one responds. I have filed online warranty complaint but have no information whether they have received as there is no reference number. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I will try to contact KMART if they will do anything at least they will know how their customers are being treated by this unprofessionally managed company. Buyer Beware.

I have never encountered such a poor customer service response. I should have known better as most of their products are plastic.Bought a Y splitter to handle 2 hoses from one spigot.

Within 2 months it literally fell off in 2 pieces. K Mart wont exchange over 30 days. Emailed Padula website for lifetime warranty replacement plus left a review. Not only did they ignore my refund/exchange request, but they refused to publish my honest review.

Here is what they said: "Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!" In other words...go away.

I have the same problem and can't get it off the silcox and I can't use my hose because the thumb control is locked on the faucet.

Bought an oscillating sprinkler that claimed " new, trouble free design" Total B S !!! Stuck and quit oscillating first use!!! Took it back, got another, 1 week later, same thing!!! Supposed to be trouble free season after season??? Wont even work for more than a week!!!Unbelievable!!!

I contacted Ray Paduula via email and received a response from Carole in customer service in less than an hour. The problem concerned a watering wand. The manner in which the problem was resolved was creative and unusual. I was very happy with the resolution. The replacement arrived at my home three days after my initial contact. This is most remarkable customer service. Based on this experience I would buy Ray Padula products in the future. I find the one hundred word requirement of this web site to be nothing short of ridiculous. Brevity should be encouraged. Who needs long winded dissertations? Competent writers can make their point in a few words.

Defective InfiniFlo Platinum Hose

Ray Padula -  Defective InfiniFlo Platinum Hose

I bought my Heavy Duty Garden Hose in my local Kmart Store last March 27, 2017. It means, I had used it only a month and a half.

It seems literally a snake, it turns and twice itself not letting the water runs inside. The hose is 5/8 diameter and 75 feet lenght. It suppose to be free flow and leak free. I already call to the Kmart store and they only guaranted 30 days after purchased.

So, am suppose to send it to your warehouse. Neeed the address and the shipping label to send it to you. Want to change it or my money back. Let me know how can I do it as soon as possible.

Poorly designed lawn sprinklers

This silent driven lawn sprinkler works for about a month or two and then it starts leaking from the base and middle part It's been replaced twice and still leaks. I think it's a poorly designed product I would never recommend anyone buying this product
