Buyer beware company does NOT provide ANY customer service or warranty support. Phone goes to voicemail with message voicemail box is FULL for all callers, it DOES NOT MATTER if you are a new customer, warranty claim customer or even a retailer RAY PADULA WILL NOT respond. Be prepared to be ignored, the claim of quality products and warranty support is false

I have purchased a total of 7 different sprinklers from them over the last several years and not one will still work! They are all revolving metal sprinklers and none will rotate after hooking up a hose. And I have great water pressure. Tried contacting their customer support several times thru e-mail and received no replies They suck...don't purchase ANYTHING from this company! Nothing but a ripoff!

I use to really like this company. They had excellent service. Last year I purchased a sprinkler. Out of the box it was broken. They replaced it. It too was broken. They sent me a much cheaper one I never ordered and don't like. They refused to address the issue. It is impossible to talk to them

I purchased flex hose and it developed pin hole leaks and kinks in a few weeks. Got a replacement and exact thing happened again. Made few calls and emails for a refund and no reply. After searching others have same experience.

Lifetime warranty on a Silent Pulse Sprinkler, failed after a few years. I contacted their "Warranty" center filed a claim and heard nothing back. I did this three times and nothing. DO NOT buy their products they are cheap and do not last.

Still no response from Customer Service

I've tried sending emails to customer service on several occasions, and they just don't respond. What's the point of having a customer service email if nobody can be bothered to actually respond? Product (traveling turtle sprinkler) works well (although I need to replace some parts that have rusted - to be fair purchased 10 years ago, although they should be covered by lifetime warranty). But again no point in having a strong warranty when customer service won't engage with customers.

Bought 2 hoses from Walmart in British Columbia Canada. They split within a year. Followed online warranty process. Was emailed they would send me the tracking information. I have never heard from them again. Ive emailed multiple times, tried calling and had to leave voicemail. Dont use this company!!!

Purchased a 100foot hose broke in less than 6 months, been sending emails and leaving messages because they dont answer the phone and no one will return my calls. They promised a replacement and it never came, this is terrible customer service and no one should buy this brand made *** and theres no warranty because they dont call u back

Same experience with lifetime warranty hose. First one burst within a week.

I returned it to the store and it was replaced. The second one burst in a month.

I thought I would return it in the spring but it was after 90 days and I was told to contact the company. After multiple promises to send a replacement, nothing.

Raypadula was to send me a replacement hose to Canada, parcel has taken 2 months and is at the boarder going to cost as much as the hose, I told the border to send it back to them, they should have sent out a check, what kind of ppl are they of course theres a custom fee to come to Canada, why they didnt send a cheque in the mail, what are my rights now

Bought thumb control 4 lever hose connector at end of last season. Leaks so went through warranty procedure at least 3 times. Was eventually apologized to and told would get shipping info soon as sent. Aprox 3 weeks ago. Still waiting!!!

No Communication, no returned emails or phone calls

On Aug 8, 2020 I placed a $1000+ order over 3 weeks ago and even though their website promises fast shipping, etc, I've heard nothing. I have left MULTIPLE voice messages on the customer service line and sent MULTIPLE emails via their website and have not gotten any response. No call back, no emails, and still no product. I don't want my card charged for an order that I no longer want, or need because I've had to order these items somewhere else. For anyone from Ray Padula who might look into my comments, my order number was RPH528156.
