This company is terrible. My story is the same as everyone else! Faulty product no replacements despite “ lifetime warranty “ and no responses to repeated emails and phone calls.

Same experience with lifetime warranty hose. First one burst within a week.
I returned it to the store and it was replaced. The second one burst in a month.
I thought I would return it in the spring but it was after 90 days and I was told to contact the company. After multiple promises to send a replacement, nothing.

August 8, 2020 was more than 2 years ago. Apparently your 'MULTIPLE' e-mails are useless. Perhaps you'd better find another method.
